Mental health disorders are a serious issue that affects 1 in every 5 American adults. Half of all mental disorders will start to show signs before the age of 14 and three-quarters of mental disorders begin before age 24. A few warning signs can include: pulling away from people and usual activities, thoughts of harming yourself or others, and hearing voices.

Community Outreach

We are invested in empowering our community and delivering the support they need, when they need it. For mental health this is shown through social interactions to help build upon the sense of belonging, creating a wider support network and increasing your inner purpose.
